Scuff the foot on the carpet, then reach for the doorknob.

Scuff the foot on the carpet to add electrons to the body.

Use Tab to move between the leg control, the arm control and Reset, then use the keys below.

TabShift + Tab

Move to the next or previous control.

←→↑↓

Rotate the focused leg or arm by 5 degrees. Move the leg down onto the carpet to add charge; raise the arm toward the doorknob to discharge.

HomeEnd

Move the focused leg or arm to its lowest or highest angle.

EnterSpace

Press the focused Reset button.

Esc

Close a menu or dialog, or leave full screen.

A Pandai Science simulation about static electricity. Scuff the foot on the carpet to charge the body with electrons, then reach for the doorknob to discharge them as a spark.

Charge builds up by friction and returns to neutral after each spark discharge.

The body is neutral. Move the leg down onto the carpet to add electrons.
